Structural Design Expert

The position requires a skilled Structural Design Expert to design, coordinate, and execute precast concrete systems on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop precast concrete components for various structures including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide structural calculations and analysis for precast elements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and project managers to deliver high-quality precast systems.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for successful project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect precast installations and resolve any engineering issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget constraints through effective collaboration and communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in structural design or precast engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards relevant to precast concrete.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with international projects, knowledge of sustainable construction practices, and chartered engineer status are desirable.
