Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist will support local quality improvement and service development. They will develop and drive clinical audit and standards within the physiotherapy department, coordinating the creation, upkeep, dissemination, and adherence of department policies and procedures.

They will motivate staff towards the provision of a quality service, demonstrating significant energy and enthusiasm for their work and profession. The successful candidate will actively participate in facilitating continuing training, education, and research activities for physiotherapists.

Additionally, they will lead and support the patient experience agenda at a local level, liaising with support service departments to ensure safe, clean, and functioning equipment and environment.
