Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Care Team Member to join our Eflexes team. As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will support our Physiotherapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Physiotherapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Prepare and maintain therapy areas and equipment.
  • Provide support to residents during therapy sessions.
  • Accurately document resident progress.
  • Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team regarding resident care.

Requirements

  • Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
