**Job Title:** Site Engineer
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Site Engineer. This role is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and practices. They will be able to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and contingency strategies.
The successful candidate will participate in design review for feasibility and compliance, collaborating with architects and consultants to optimize construction efficiency. They will also implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and contingency strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications and standards
- Participate in design review for feasibility and compliance, collaborating with architects and consultants to optimize construction efficiency
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations and Health & Safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Extensive experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management
- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction practices
- Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Full Driver's Licence
