We are seeking a Senior Housing Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our accommodation department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and leadership to take on a key role in our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the accommodation department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. They will also be expected to monitor the performance of their team, provide clear task breakdowns, and conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Housing Operations Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, facilitate communication through morning meetings, and develop and implement company standards. They will also have the opportunity to engage in forward planning and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. You should also be proficient in various systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
