About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced operations manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management and be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house crew to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Manage floor plans, reservations, and service flows to ensure seamless delivery between the kitchen, bar, and floor.
  • Support staff with training and development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee tills, monitor supplies, and maintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role.
