Leadership Opportunity - Front of House Manager

Key to our success is a confident and experienced Front of House Manager who can lead, coach and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front-of-house crew (hosts, floor staff, till operators, takeaway coordinators) in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure every guest is welcomed warmly, served efficiently and leaves happy.
  • Manage floor plans, reservations and busy service flows between the kitchen, bar and floor for seamless operations.
  • Support new staff with training and help them grow their skills.
  • Oversee tills, monitor supplies and maintain accurate service standards.
  • Maintain health & safety, hygiene and licensing standards at all times.
