About the Role

This is a key position responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facilities and utilities on site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience in supervisory management and a strong background in maintenance and project coordination.

Responsibilities include managing the implementation of various maintenance and facility projects, procuring subcontractors' services, supervising and training direct reports, maintaining plant utilities and systems, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Procure and oversee subcontractor services as needed.
  • Supervise and train direct reports to ensure effective team performance.
  • Maintain plant utilities and systems to ensure continuous operation and compliance.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced facilities manager with the following qualifications:

  • NFQ Level 8 degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities management with supervisory management experience.
  • Proven track record in facilities management, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Prior experience in the medical device industry or ISO14001 certification is highly desirable.
