Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the existing quality and environmental systems.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current and future ISO standards, managing data-gathering processes for report preparation, and storing and managing all data, correspondence, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience within a quality management role. They will also possess strong collaboration and teamwork skills, reliable and results-oriented work ethic, and excellent leadership skills.

  • Manage and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager and other departments to ensure processes are working and recorded by IMS.
  • Ensure compliance with current and future ISO standards.
  • Work with the Management team to incorporate Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management requirements into decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  • Control data-gathering processes for report preparation.
  • Store and manage all data, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Initiate safety, quality, and design documentation for activities and submit it to the client under certification.
  • Review plans, procedures, and RAMs as required.
  • Conduct regular management reviews and update objectives, targets, and risks annually.
  • Develop measuring tools for project performance with the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Third Level Qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience within a Quality Management role.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and results-oriented.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage staffing effectively.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
