Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary function of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure that all products and services meet the required standards. This includes implementing and maintaining a quality management system, conducting internal audits, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update quality management system documentation, records, and systems.
  2. Drive process efficiency and resolve any issues that may impact product quality.
  3. Conduct internal audits as per the annual schedule and close out any non-conformances that arise.
  4. Analyze, identify, and implement manufacturing and/or business process improvements to improve capability performance.
  5. Collaborate with engineering teams on product/process verification for new and existing products.
  6. Manage and maintain calibration systems.
  7. Lead quality problem investigations using proven quality tools.

Required skills and qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within teams on various quality improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as experience in a quality assurance or engineering role.
