Job Overview: The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Validation Engineer to join their dynamic R&D team. This role involves deep technical engagement, from validating new designs to performing critical electrical tests and ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards.

 

• Job Description:

The Product Validation Engineer will be central to the product development lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with design engineers, playing a crucial role in delivering robust, defect-free products to market. Key responsibilities include comprehensive product validation, hardware build & test, collaborative troubleshooting, validation planning & reporting, quality assurance & documentation.

 

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience testing electronic products (hardware & software), ideally IoT, consumer electronics, or home security.
  • Electronics expertise: Strong proficiency in electronics principles and components; able to confidently read and interpret schematics.
  • Hands-on test skills: Proficient with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.) and experienced with soldering and rework (including surface mount components).
  • Analytical & detail-oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to follow the project plan, manage tasks effectively, and work to deadlines.
