We are seeking a seasoned AI engineering leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across our platform ecosystem.


Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Director of AI Engineering. As part of our Software Center for Advanced AI Architecture, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers focused on AI projects.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive innovation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of AI technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies, including real-world implementations and deep knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LLMs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong architectural and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and AI model deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is preferred, AWS, GCP).
