Compliance Transformation Specialist

Improve regulatory processes with cutting-edge technology. As a Compliance Transformation Specialist, you'll lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions to drive business value in compliance management.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create tangible value in compliance processes, designing and developing production-grade AI solutions that automate complex tasks, building and optimizing advanced NLP models for regulatory document analysis, and contributing to finding the right ML framing of compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and develop production-grade AI systems that automate complex compliance tasks.
  • Build and optimize advanced NLP models for regulatory document analysis and interpretation.
  • Contribute to finding the right ML framing of compliance challenges.
  • Create scalable AI systems that handle diverse regulatory requirements across markets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in production environments, with a strong track record of designing and architecting distributed systems.
  • Proficient in Python, with extensive experience in developing and deploying production-grade software, utilizing machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Deep understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices, with a focus on the machine learning software development lifecycle.
  • Experience building, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and advanced NLP systems, leveraging frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI API/SDKs.
  • Strong familiarity with state-of-the-art agentic AI frameworks and hands-on experience orchestrating complex, multi-agent workflows for autonomous, goal-driven applications.
