We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Trainee Optical Assistant. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about optics and retail to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers into the store and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Book appointments for eye tests and pre-screen patients for our optometrists
  • Offer style advice and help customers find the perfect pair of glasses
  • Accurately take measurements and process payments

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making a positive impact on customers' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • A willingness to receive feedback and be open to development and guidance
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in retail or optics
