Job Overview

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations planning process, inventory management, and continuous improvement activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work orders to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Contribute to exception reports that highlight supply chain department issues.
  • iDocs monitoring and processing, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Support SAP as the primary management system for inventory reporting and supply management.
  • Collaborate with planners to review and follow up on order closer in time, ensuring accurate inventory levels and discrepancies between SAP and MES/POMS systems are identified.
  • Verify production confirmations to ensure timely completion and reporting to finance.
  • Regularly review and update SAP master data to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP is required, with ERP system experience an added advantage.
