About This Role:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Master Data Governance Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business.

The successful candidate will help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, and play a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business units.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve master data quality issues by proactively monitoring, detecting, and addressing inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with Data Owners & Stewards to ensure robust data controls, processes, and governance in place.
  • Lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools, and utilise such tools to generate actionable insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Support the rollout of data governance standards and documentation, design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness and ensure adoption of data governance standards across the organisation.
  • Deliver monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of data accountability and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' SAP experience (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data).
  • Strong data management and governance knowledge.
  • BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • BI/SAC report development.
  • Involvement in IT or finance projects.
  • SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks.
  • GDPR awareness.
