Job Title

IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's data centre infrastructure. This role involves working closely with managed service providers to set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software components within the datacentre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managed services provider to deploy, configure, and maintain datacentre infrastructure
  • Oversee central components of Microsoft IT Infrastructure, such as Active Directory and related core IT infrastructure services
  • Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and upgrades on central IT infrastructure with managed service providers
  • Ensure datacentre and central IT Infrastructure comply with security standards and industry regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other IT teams and business stakeholders to support new initiatives and projects
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8-10 years' experience in Microsoft IT Infrastructure or similar
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services like Microsoft Active Directory
  • Proven experience working with managed service providers in managing datacentres and IT Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware
  • Technical knowledge of server hardware, operating systems and storage technologies
  • Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery processes
  • Networking experience is advantageous
  • Experience in working with Cloud Services desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset
