Training Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator.

This role involves collaborating with colleagues to schedule training for pilots across Europe, gaining experience across various flight operations activities, and working in a team of training coordinators interacting with other units within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule pilot training activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer data and training documents, track errors, and arrange travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees.
  • Manage training and flight crew records according to applicable regulations.

Necessary Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven administrative skills and proficiency in PC-based applications.
  • Prior experience in aviation or relevant fields preferred.
