Flight Operations Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at an exclusive training partner of Ryanair Group.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations teams based in Dublin and be responsible for scheduling training for pilots across Europe.
As a Training Coordinator, you will gain valuable experience in flight operations activities, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the right people are trained at the right time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other units within the organization.
- Scheduling pilot training activities and maintaining records.
- Administering data and training documents, tracking errors, and booking travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees.
- Rostering training and flight duties for pilots and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements include:
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and proven administrative abilities.
- Previous experience in aviation or crewing/rostering/resource management preferred.
