Key requirements include:

  • A strong analytical background in workforce planning, scheduling, or rostering within aviation or a highly regulated environment.
  • Numerically or data-driven, with a keen eye for analytics and scenario modeling.
  • Experience identifying, designing, and integrating automated scalable solutions to drive optimization.
  • Effective people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams.
