
Maximising Hotel Revenue Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance, creating winning pricing strategies, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver revenue strategies that meet and exceed targets across our hotels.
- Analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends to optimise performance.
- Shape pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
- Partner with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
- Oversee group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and impact.
- Lead and inspire the cluster reservations team, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are best-in-class.
Requirements:
- A commercially minded revenue leader with proven hotel revenue management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with the agility to shift gears in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural collaborator who thrives on building relationships across multiple hotels.
