Cluster Revenue Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance, creating winning pricing strategies, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver revenue strategies that meet and exceed targets across our hotels.
  • Analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends to optimise performance.
  • Shape pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
  • Partner with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
  • Oversee group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and impact.
  • Lead and inspire the cluster reservations team, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are best-in-class.

Requirements:

  • A commercially minded revenue leader with proven hotel revenue management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with the agility to shift gears in a fast-paced environment.
