Job Title:

Conveyancing Practice Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead and grow our specialist conveyancing practice in Tralee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of conveyancing solicitors
  • Collaborate with the case management team to set and refine support processes
  • Conduct thorough title reviews for key clients
  • Report back on findings and provide recommendations
  • Liaise with case managers to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified as a solicitor
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Current practicing certificate or ability to renew same
  • Proficient in the use of technology including Microsoft Office and Teams
