Lead Conveyancing Solicitor

You're an accomplished conveyancing solicitor with a desire to progress in your career and contribute significantly to a dynamic team. Your passion for the work is evident, but you seek a new challenge where you can develop your skills further.

If only there was a law firm that offered all the necessary business development, systems, and case management support to help you succeed as a specialist conveyancing solicitor… ideally based in Kerry, near to where you live.

We are setting up an expert conveyancing practice at Beam aimed at making moving house as stress-free as possible. We're now looking for an experienced Lead Conveyancing Solicitor to head up and grow our practice in Tralee.

Culture is key for us, which is why we look for team members who possess a clear bias for action, listen actively, and play it straight.

Your role will involve:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and building a team of conveyancing solicitors
  • Collaborating with the case management team to establish and refine support processes
  • Conducting detailed title reviews for key clients
  • Reporting back on findings
  • Liaising with case managers to ensure matters progress efficiently

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be fully qualified as a solicitor
  • To have extensive experience in residential conveyancing
  • To possess leadership experience
  • To hold a practicing certificate or be capable of renewing same
  • To be proficient in the use of technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
