BIM Coordination Specialist

The role of a BIM Clash Manager is pivotal in our project teams. This position involves ensuring the seamless coordination of design elements and identifying potential issues in our BIM models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clash management strategies to identify and resolve potential problems in our BIM models.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among technical disciplines within project teams.
  • Maintain Navisworks Clash Models, report progress, and ensure projects are aligned with defined schedules.
  • Coordinate design clashes across multi-disciplinary teams and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in 3D coordination meetings and ensure adherence to established procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A primary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a Science-related field at Level 7.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer/Technical Designer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks is essential; experience with BIM360 Modules is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with previous experience working in multi-disciplinary design teams.
