As a F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our Food and Beverage department. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations in all F&B areas including bars, restaurants, and lounges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to minimize losses and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service and excellent guest experiences.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain accurate records of cleaning, temperature logs, and allergen controls.
  • Conduct regular checks to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
Leadership Qualities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of F&B delivery.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their work and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory F&B role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
