Project Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Management Trainee.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all aspects of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with key project stakeholders to assist in the delivery of all aspects of the project
  • Coordinating design work with consultants and subcontractors
  • Supervising the progress of work
  • Providing input into the preparation of the project programme
  • Developing site logistics plans
  • Tracking progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all trades
  • Managing site records and deliveries
  • Reporting weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners

As a Project Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the Site Manager in the coordination and delivery of the project. Requirements

We are looking for candidates who hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2026 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be flexible and adaptable, IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools.
