Logistics Management Trainee

We invite you to participate in a 2-year development journey within our Supply Chain office. You will gain experience in various roles, including Customer Logistics Management, Key User and other positions tailored to your profile and future business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Logistics Management Trainee
    • Be the primary point of contact for demand fulfilment opportunities
    • Develop relationships with customers and understand their markets
    • Work on improvement measures for customers
    • Support escalation management where supply is insufficient
    • Represent customers to internal stakeholders in international locations
  • Key User Trainee
    • Be an expert in logistics concepts at Infineon
    • Work closely with process owners on improvement measures
    • Communicate improvements to the team in Dublin and across the European region as necessary
    • Bring knowledge and insights from previous roles that can be useful in the process improvement cycle
Your Profile & Qualifications:

You are naturally curious and passionate about exploring a wide range of topics. Challenges excite you, and you're always eager to learn, grow, and push boundaries. Requirements:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Global Business, International Management, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Applied Languages/Linguistics or similar fields
  • Have good communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Are highly motivated and willing to learn
  • Have a technical and business-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English – knowledge of another European language is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite is an advantage
