Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store healthcare data from various enterprise data sources.">
  • Participate in discussions with clinical and operational teams to understand their data challenges and develop data-driven solutions.">
  • Analyse raw data sources, data transformation, structural requirements for new software and applications.">
  • Build and implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the processing pipeline.">
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as data encryption, data de-identification, role-based data access, automating manual processes, optimising data delivery and/or tuning and optimising data processes for greater scalability.">
  • Design, build, and implement automation processes for production release of data engineering, machine learning, and business intelligence processes.">
  • Define security and backup strategy for data solutions.">
  • Design, build, and implement real-time/near real-time data pipelines.">
  • Write technical documentation.">

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

">

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

">

Understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data warehousing principles

">

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and data warehousing principles

">

Proficient in SQL and experience with an object-oriented/object-functional scripting language: Python, Scala, Java, etc.

">

Demonstrable experience working within Snowflake database

">

Preferred Qualifications:

">

Candidates with successful track records in leading technical teams, experience in medical claims data, including hospital, ancillary, and physician, will be considered advantageous.
