Network Support Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing network security protocols, helping to safeguard the organization's data and systems against potential threats.
  • Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems, empowering them to manage their own networks effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology, recommending improvements to enhance performance and security.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols, switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as proven experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in computer science and IT principles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting, showcasing a track record of success in resolving complex network issues.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Fluent in English, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within a global team setting.
