About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer with extensive experience in delivering complex geotechnical design solutions.

This role involves leading and managing geotechnical input on large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including highways, motorways, rail, active travel schemes, and drainage works.

  • Prepare and review geotechnical design calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior staff within the geotechnical team.
  • Undertake ground investigation scoping, design, supervision, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental engineering teams to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering and at least 7 years of post-graduate experience in geotechnical design engineering. Proficiency in geotechnical design software and strong communication skills are also essential.
