Job Title: Financial Crime Analyst

About the Role:

This position will be part of our Compliance team and will be responsible for supporting AML/KYC analysis, risk assessments, and operational tasks on investment transactions.

The role will support multiple locations within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing financial crime collection, analysis, and risk assessments for clients and third parties
  • Contribute to AML/KYC operational tasks on investment transactions
  • Support the maintenance of KYC data in information systems for keeping up-to-date information
  • Ongoing monitoring of financial crime matters
  • Work in line with internal procedures and under the guidance of a manager
  • Support regulatory and audit reviews when required
  • Support on AML/KYC projects

 

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
  • At minimum 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the fund industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as capable of organizing priorities and working under tight deadlines
  • Experience in working under pressure, multi-tasking, and remaining calm in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding and adapting to changing regulatory environments
  • Handling complex queries
  • Pro-active approach, initiative-taking, and ownership
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen and learn from others
  • Flexibility, adaptability, reliability, and commitment
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
