Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced DeltaV engineers in the delivery of complex control systems for continuous and batch manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with DeltaV DCS systems, including configuration software and hardware design and testing.

">

They will also possess a strong understanding of process control principles, industrial automation systems, and regulatory standards such as GAMP, ISA-S88, ISA-95, and ISA-62443.

">

As a leader, they will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead a team of DeltaV engineers in the delivery of system integration projects.">
  • Develop and implement control strategies, logic, and programming for complex batch control applications.">
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and hardware reviews.">
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful integration of DeltaV systems with existing plant infrastructure.">
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and project stakeholders.">
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and site teams to deliver process automation solutions.">
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and site commissioning activities.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with DeltaV DCS systems.">
  • Proficiency in DeltaV configuration software and hardware design and testing.">
  • Strong understanding of process control principles and industrial automation systems.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.">
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.">

  • Experience with PLC and SCADA platforms.">
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Historians and MES.">
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Smart Plant Instrumentation.">
