Automation Engineer Opportunity

Specialists in Life Science Automation and IT Systems provide manufacturing automation and IT systems engineering, project management and validation services.

We partner with life sciences companies to design, build, operate and optimize critical process automation systems that deliver fast-track project delivery, operational efficiency, improve manufacturing agility and achieve regulatory compliance.

  • Creation of automation functional and detailed design documents.
  • Coding of DeltaV control modules, equipment modules and phase classes.
  • Reviewing and testing DeltaV code.
  • Act as point of support for walkthroughs and reviews of code with clients.
  • Commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Production support.
  • Support other teams, such as validation and C&Q, with projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or life sciences.

- Must have 5+ years demonstrated DeltaV batch automation experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.

- Strong knowledge of S-88 Batch Standard.

- Ability to interact and communicate with other engineering and business disciplines.

- Good understanding of GAMP, regulatory requirements and computer system validation.

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
