Job Opportunity for General Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our healthcare team in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

Nursing Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all residents receive dignified, private, and respectful care as individuals.
  • Maintain professional standards in accordance with relevant codes of conduct and have an understanding of their implications for nursing practice.
  • Adhere to policies known by all staff.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records within the home in accordance with legislation and established standards.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed policies and procedures for the control, administration, and custody of drugs and medicines.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding resident discharge to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Caring and compassionate, passionate about providing high-quality person-centered care.
  • Minimum 1 year relative experience.
