Home Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care services.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotating roster with guaranteed hours contracts available.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A cheerful, caring, positive and dependable attitude.
  • Suitable work references and permission to work in Ireland.
