Key Role:
- Deliver exceptional patient care to elderly individuals with complex medical needs, combining clinical expertise with compassion and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that cater to individual patients' needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of departmental policies and procedures that promote best practice and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Hold registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland for both geriatric medicine and general (internal) medicine specialties.
Additional Details:
