Product Visionary Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Strategist to join our dynamic team and drive the product vision and roadmap. As a key member of the product function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercially successful product strategies that support ambitious growth targets and strengthen market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of fit, function, technical fabrics, product sustainability, pricing, and category planning. They will also have hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to delivery.

  • Drive the brand's product vision and roadmap
  • Lead the creation of seasonal product lines
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle
  • Build and nurture relationships with global sourcing partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, marketing, wholesale, and retail teams
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and material innovation
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years' experience developing and scaling product lines in the fashion, athleisure, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially successful product strategies in a high-growth environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of fit, function, technical fabrics, product sustainability, pricing, and category planning
  • Hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to delivery
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for product innovation, customer connection, and using insights to drive decisions
