Job Title: AI Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI Annotation Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with large language models, annotating data accurately and consistently, and contributing to the development of high-quality classification and content creation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate English data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifier output
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation
  • Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of the data annotation process
  • Identify and analyze patterns in annotated data
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum)
  • Degree-level education (Level 7 and above)
  • Understanding of common social norms and popular culture
  • Ability to work efficiently under project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with flexible and innovative approach
