Job Description

This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their management skills within a fast-paced retail environment.

We are seeking a Trainee Manager to join our team in Cork.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where they can learn and grow with the company.

About this Role:

As a Trainee Manager, you will assist the management team in the day-to-day running of the store.

You will be responsible for overseeing staff performance and providing leadership as required.

Ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation will also be a key aspect of this role.

In addition, you will monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Desire to grow and progress within a management role
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Key Responsibilities:
