We are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team at a state-of-the-art cold storage facility.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment to the highest possible standards.
- Record all work carried out in our system and daily shift report.
- Implement permanent fixes for issues raised on the shift report.
- Ensure health and safety functions are maintained during shifts.
As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for:
- Providing daily feedback to management through recording and reporting on maintenance activities.
- Assisting management in technical activities such as projects, equipment installation, reporting, and continuous improvements.
- Working alongside the maintenance team to build a continuous improvement environment within the facility.
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified with strong mechanical skills.
- Ability to use multimeters, understand electrical schematics, and troubleshoot electrical systems and sensor faults.
- Food/refrigeration and other utility experiences an advantage.
