Job Description

Civil and Structural Engineering, Ecology, and Environmental disciplines form the core of our client's work.

Key Responsibilities

As Associate Director, you will lead a team in civil and environmental design, ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

This involves driving business growth through identifying opportunities, guiding and developing staff, and managing project lifecycles from planning and design to compliance, coordination, and client communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field with Chartered Engineer status
  • At least 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Multi-disciplinary design management experience
  • Engagement with clients, stakeholders, and sub-consultants
  • Business development and budget management experience
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
  • Full driver's license
