The role of the MS Solutions Programme Manager will act as a key domain knowledge specialist, complementing our architect and engineering technical teams to develop, review and quality assurance architecture strategy for Dynamics 365 (& MS Power Platform) that aligns with client business goals.

  1. Integration Strategy Review: Review integration strategies with external systems.
  2. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the architectural aspects of Dynamics 365 implementations, facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
  3. Team Coordination: Coordinate communication, effort and decisions between on-site and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with the defined solution design.
  4. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors responsible for testing, data migration, and technical quality assurance.
  5. Offshore Team Guidance: Guide offshore teams to ensure technical delivery adheres to the solution architecture and quality standards.
  6. Risk Identification: Identify potential risks related to integration and data migration.
  7. Solution Documentation: Ensure comprehensive architectural documentation and provide training to client teams for solution adoption.
  8. Delivery Strategy: Guide delivery and release strategy, identifying options and scenarios to meet client business constraints.
  9. Market Making Efforts: Support market making efforts and proposal development.
  10. Client Liaison (Functional Representative): Act as a key client liaison from a functional representative perspective, evangelising and ideating solutions in conjunction with other team members.
