MS 365 Technical Support Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MS 365 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Microsoft 365 suite products, including troubleshooting various Office 365 issues and helping shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 suite products, including MS bookings and MS forms
  • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility
  • Collaborate with the architect team to help shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures for MS 365
  • Conduct technical testing for interfaces stream of client's project

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Microsoft 365 suite experience (MS bookings and MS forms)
  • Experience creating MS bookings and MS forms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must have some knowledge of technical test
