Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Dynamics 365 Support Consultant. This position involves providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and working closely with the project delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in application support, particularly with ERP/CRM software. Additionally, they should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will work on managing support tickets, researching and implementing fixes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via our online portal and by telephone
  • Taking ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure
  • Researching and implementing fixes
  • Managing and prioritizing support tickets
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Collaborating with the project delivery team

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in application support, especially ERP/CRM software
  • Experience as a software tester, including functional testing and bug reporting
  • Experience using CRM software such as Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Azure DevOps

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent
  • Experience working with or implementing Dynamics 365 or other ERP/Financial software applications
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Workflows, API, and Web Services
