Content Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Ensure all compliance and security measures relating to client data are adhered to.
- Monitor process changes and updates, and implement the same with thorough research.
- Achieve process quality metrics and strive to exceed monthly/annual targets for quality and productivity.
- Deliver accurate results by working within established process norms and structure.
Additional Requirements:
- Cultivate business relationships through outbound calls to businesses in specific countries.
- Provide support to users by reviewing/summarizing/completing various types of requests.
- Use MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for content operations.
- Integrate Generative AI technologies to enhance content creation and management processes.
- Apply voice technologies like STT and TTS to improve user interaction and content accessibility.
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional European language is an asset).
- Exhibit a strong attendance record, punctuality, and ability to work rotating shift patterns over 7 days.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display exceptional collaboration abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
