Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services.

About the Role:

  • This is a day rate contract fully onsite in Dublin 8.
  • A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide office support and administration experience.
  2. Maintain knowledge of Active Directory and its functionality.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot local Desktop Support issues with software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a Helpdesk Role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience working with Active Directory and Helpdesk systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Level-1 Helpdesk skills and Helpdesk systems for logging, monitoring, and escalating calls.
