Job Opportunity

The Inventory Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business growth by ensuring accurate inventory levels across production and storage sites, supporting customer service and enabling production planning while minimizing obsolescence risks.

This position will be responsible for reconciling and owning the implementation of reconciliation processes for raw material tracking. Additionally, the candidate will investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and accuracy.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and accuracy.
  • Manage product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of notices of intention.
  • Enter and reconcile production data, ensuring accuracy across systems and compliance with internal controls.
  • Oversee cask inventory reconciliation, maintaining alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Support supply planning analysis, including KPI tracking and insights generation to optimize performance.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field, along with 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within manufacturing, FMCG, or a supply chain environment.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions are essential. The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with experience delivering presentations to internal stakeholders is also required.

A strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions are essential. Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels; able to ideate and execute.
