Project Leadership Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled project leader to join our team and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements, is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
