We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and requirements.">
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.">
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements.">
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any issues impacting project delivery.">
  6. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders, addressing concerns or deviations from project plans.">
  7. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.">
  8. Evaluate compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.">
  9. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to integrate project deliverables into existing marine and port infrastructure.">
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to enhance project management processes and outcomes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is beneficial.">
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project outcomes.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as MS Office suite.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.">
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.">
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to marine and port operations.">
