Job Title: Senior Cost Planner

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to become a part of a close-knit team as a Senior Cost Planner in their Quantity Surveying Services unit.

The company is well-established and has a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects throughout Ireland with a substantial pipeline of work, positioning them for rapid growth and expansion.

As a Senior Cost Planner, you will have the chance to engage in exciting projects, including High Rise Residential Schemes, Hotels, and Mixed-Use developments with major Infrastructure Works.

You will be responsible for pre-contract duties under the direction of the Divisional Manager, providing you with exposure to various aspects of the business.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of five years' post-graduate experience with a PQS/Main Contractor/Developer.
  • Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
  • Strong proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Buildsoft-Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • A willingness to attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present findings.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Methodical approach, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels.
